You know what I see every single year? Small business owners scrambling in December, unsure of what they are doing. Many are diluting their brands or discounting too heavily, trying to post daily without a plan, and missing out on sales because they left it too late.

- Think about gift-givers vs self-treaters.
- Offer bundles, limited editions, or services people can “gift” (even if that’s a gift card).

If you disappear until November, you’ll spend December shouting to a cold audience. Instead:
- Be present, be engaging and connect with people through brand storytelling
Promotions Aren’t Just Discounts
I’m not a fan of just slashing prices or buy one get 200 free! Promotions can be:
- Free gift wrapping
- “12 Days of Christmas” bonus content or freebies
